This section applies to all content posted by users, including content generated using AI tools provided on our platform (“AI Output”) or submitted by users (“User Content”).

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post or generate.
• AI Labelling (Transparency): You agree that any content generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence technologies and posted to the Service must be clearly and conspicuously labeled as “AI-Generated” or “Synthetic.” Ebykr.com reserves the right to remove any unlabeled content.
• License to Us: You grant Ebykr.com a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content and AI Output in any media.
• Ownership of AI Output: For any content generated using AI tools provided by Ebykr.com, the User retains ownership of the input prompts. Ebykr.com grants the user a license to use the output, subject to these Terms. However, because AI output may not be copyrightable under current laws, you acknowledge that other users may generate similar content.

5. Prohibited Activities and AI Misuse

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, spider, or use bots to extract data from the site.
• AI Misinformation: Use the Service to generate or distribute deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraudulent content, or defamatory material regarding real individuals.
• Data Privacy: Input any personal identifiable information (PII) of third parties into any AI tools on our platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AI TOOLS AND OUTPUTS, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• AI Accuracy: We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, reliable, or error-free. You rely on such information at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EBYKR.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
