[A full-page advertisement in black on cream, without a border rule. A solid black band with rounded corners runs across the head and narrows to a point at the right, and “Sonnclair !…” is reversed out of it in large cream brush script. Hanging from the band is a large line drawing of a domed bicycle bell seen from above, its polished shell rendered in bold black masses and fine engraved hatching, with a round thumb lever at the left whose disc is lettered “SONNCLAIR” round its rim and “DÉPOSÉ” beside it, and a mounting stud below. A long thin arrow descends from the tip of the black band down the right side to point at the slogan, and the selling text is set against it in widely letterspaced lowercase sans-serif, ranged right, then the five qualities in sans-serif capitals. “Avertisseur continu” is lettered across the lower half in heavy black brush script, with “CHEZ VOTRE FOURNISSEUR HABITUEL” in small spaced capitals beneath, above a large outlined figure-eight loop like an infinity sign. “LACHÈVRE” closes the page in very large bold sans-serif capitals, with “AGENT DEPOSITAIRE” and the address and telephone line in sans-serif below. The small capitals “SOSP,” stacked one above another, are reversed out of the black band at the upper left corner, apparently an agency mark. The designer’s signature “B.Chagnon.” runs upward in small script at the lower right beside the telephone number.]

[This advertisement shares page 58 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for J. Baron and CLB, each held here as its own record, and one for Monopole pistons.]
