[A full advertisement in black and white with no outer rule. “Sonnclair !…” is lettered in a large pale brush script reversed out of a dark band that runs across the head and narrows to a point at the right. Below it a bicycle bell is drawn large in bold line engraving with heavy hatching, seen from above, its domed cap and trigger lever showing; the round thumb plate at the left is lettered “SONNCLAIR” and “DÉPOSÉ” around its rim. The selling lines are set in letterspaced italic sans serif at the right, then a column of five sans serif capitals, and a long thin arrow runs down the right side toward the words “Avertisseur continu” in heavy black brush script. Under a wide figure-of-eight loop drawn in a single line the name “LACHÈVRE” stands in very large condensed capitals, with “AGENT DEPOSITAIRE” and the Paris address and telephone in a line across the foot. The agency mark “SOSP” runs down the upper left edge in small pale capitals inside the dark band and the signature “B. Chagnon.” runs up the lower right edge. A thin crease crosses the top band and the bell.]
