[An advertisement in a single ruled frame. The four-line slogan is set in large bold italic at the top. The center is a drawn curved black band, like a section of a rim or a bent handlebar seen in perspective with its two ends rising, carrying “GUIDON ET JANTES” and a huge “PIVO” reversed in white bold capitals; between “GUIDON” and “ET JANTES” sits the Pivo badge, an oval medallion with a ring at the top, flanked by leaf sprays, lettered “PIVO” with a line of tiny capitals above it that is not clearly legible. The firm’s name “ÉTS ALLES” is in heavy capitals below, with the stand at the lower left and the address and telephone at the lower right. No signature or agency mark. Type from the reverse of the leaf shows strongly through the paper.]

[This advertisement shares page 122 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Argaud and Gouverneur, each held here as its own record, and others for the Elie Huin vélomoteurs and motorcycles and the Mochet voiturette.]
