[A ruled advertisement in black and white, framed by a hexagonal outline of double lines that opens at the top and bottom between four large chainring drawings. The headline “Une Fabrication de Qualité !” is hand-lettered in a loose script at the head. Below it come two lines of italic capitals and bold italic text, then “LES PLATEAUX DE PÉDALIERS” in heavy condensed capitals and the name “PERSIB-LUX” in larger capitals with a curved, bulging baseline. A lighter roman line leads into “FORGES & ATELIERS” and “PLAT DE GIER” in bold capitals, with a small “DU” between them. The firm’s name and address, a Paris depot line and trade terms follow in roman and small italic type, separated by black dots. One chainring is drawn in each corner as a line engraving: the two upper rings have five-armed star spiders with a ring of teeth, and the two lower rings have three-armed spiders and are partly cut by the frame. A small italic agency mark, “Pub. : S.O.S.P.”, stands at the lower right of the frame. No artist signature is seen.]

[This advertisement shares page 32 of L’Officiel du cycle with an advertisement for Gnutti, held here as its own record, and one for the Campagnolo derailleurs (held in the archive as record 75300).]
