[A ruled advertisement in black and white, a tall panel inside a thin rule, with no illustration. The copy falls in three blocks, each headed by a line of heavy sans-serif capitals and followed by lighter sloped sans-serif, and the blocks are divided by short centered rules. A fourth block lists three further products on three lines stepped down to the right. The word “AUX” is centered in small bold capitals above the works name, which fills the lower part in very large heavy sans-serif, the words “ATELIERS” and “DORLAY” in capitals and “du” in lower case. Two lines of bold sans-serif close the panel, the registered office with its telephone and the works with theirs, each opening with a bold italic label. No second color is used, no signature or agency mark appears, and no text from the reverse of the leaf shows through.]

[This advertisement shares page 148 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Piat, Clément-Bayard and CLEM, each held here as its own record.]
