[A full-page advertisement in green, black and white, set in a ruled frame. A large black disc fills the center, carrying “Établissements” in small spaced capitals, “Aimé Ledin” in a large flowing white signature script with a long underline and the Saint-Étienne address in white sans-serif capitals. The four marque names arc over the top in heavy white sans-serif capitals separated by bullets, and “Manufacture stéphanoise de pièces détachées pour cycles” curves round the disc in smaller white capitals. A fine line engraving of a rat-trap pedal with knurled cage plates, the name “TANK” pierced in its side plate, sits on the upper edge of the disc, and a line engraving of a multiple freewheel with the name “TANK” and “Dévissez” with an arrow on its locking ring breaks its lower edge. “les marques déposées universellement réputées” sweeps across the green below in white handwriting script. No artist’s signature is visible.]
