BILLES CYCLES DE PRÉCISION
En Acier au Chrome
IRM
Toutes dimensions
6, rue de la Sablonnière, PARIS (15e) Tél. : SÉG. 96-66.
[A solid black advertisement panel with reversed-out white lettering. Across the top “BILLES CYCLES DE PRÉCISION” is set in slanted, stencil-like capitals. Below it “En Acier au Chrome” is lettered in a white brush script over a field of coarse halftone dots that fades toward the right. Along the lower left a row of steel balls drawn in line engraving rises in size from left to right, each ball with curved hatching to show a bright reflection, the smallest about a tenth the width of the largest. At the right the letters “IRM” stand in heavy black capitals inside a white double ring, the largest circle overlapping the last ball. “Toutes dimensions” follows in white script beneath the balls. A line of white sans-serif type along the foot of the panel gives the street address at the left and the telephone number at the right. A small vertical boxed mark reading “SOSP” stands in the lower right corner. No artist signature is visible.]
[This advertisement shares page 176 of L’Officiel du cycle with an advertisement for Indéca, held here as its own record, and one for Beaussuzet chainwheels for cyclomoteurs and motorcycles.]
