HALL du CYCLE : Stand 141.

[A ruled advertisement in black and white, with a heavy outer frame that has rounded corners at the top and a cut corner at the lower left. “COMPTEURS E.D” stands across the head in very heavy square capitals reversed to white on a solid black band, with a thick black rule beneath. Below it the headline “Un Nouveau Compteur Magnétique” is set in a bold shaded roman, followed by the model line in a monoline sans serif, then “pour” and the words “Cycles et Cyclomoteurs” in large rounded bold lowercase. At the upper right a line engraving shows a round speedometer head with a chrome bezel, a dial marked in kilometers per hour and a small row of odometer figures, mounted on a clamp bracket with a threaded drive fitting on its underside. A thin cable runs from the fitting down to a front fork and wheel, drawn in outline with spokes, and a small round gauge sits on the handlebar above. A detail drawing in a hexagonal cut-out at the lower center shows the drive reducer in section, clamped round the end of the axle, and a curved arrow points from it to the hub at the fork. The lower right is a solid black field dithered into a stipple toward the left; the lines “Démultiplicateur d’entrainement D5” and the other description sit on the pale ground at the left, and “Pratique. Je monte toujours !” is added in a slanted brush script, underlined, above the black field. The firm’s name “C.E.C.A” stands in large white letters at the foot of the black field with the words “Distributeur” underlined beside it, and the address and telephone line follow in white sans serif capitals. “Hall du Cycle” and “STAND 141” are set in a swash script at the lower left.
