[A ruled advertisement in black and white, text only, framed by a heavy horizontal bar at the top and another at the foot with thin rules down the sides. The firm’s name fills the center in a very large slanted script, drawn as a single stroke with a long underline sweeping up from the lower left to the upper right and a soft shadow behind it. At the upper left a small star and a boxed heading in bold shaded capitals introduce three lines of light roman type, each led by a dash. At the lower right a second star and a boxed heading in bold shaded capitals introduce the engine lines, set in light roman type and bold condensed type, followed by a slanted italic slogan in quotation marks. The two closing lines in heavy roman give the maker’s name and address, the first line with the town in Indre and the second with the Paris agency. Faint type from the reverse of the leaf shows through in the right middle of the panel. No artist signature is visible.]

[This advertisement shares page 184 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Dunois, Éclair and Wolber, each held here as its own record.]
