[A ruled landscape advertisement in black and white, set within a thin rectangular border. Across the head a two-line announcement runs full width: “Les Ets NAUDER,” in heavy italic capitals, the rest in lighter spaced roman, with “une gamme incomparable :” in bold. Beneath it a short double rule is carried on a tall vertical rule that divides the panel into two halves. In the left half the word “Torpedo” appears in white script lettering reversed out of a black tilted block, followed by four lines of italic text in bold and ordinary weight, the words “MOTEUR SACHS” in heavy sans-serif capitals, and at the foot a round badge showing an eagle perched beside a ball above a black plinth lettered “F&S”. In the right half “UNION” is reversed out of a black rectangle in outlined block capitals, with the word “spécialités” curving up at its left and “FRONDENBERG” curving down at its right; below it stand the heavy sans-serif lines “PEDALES, CHAINES, ECLAIRAGES”, two lines of spaced capitals, and at the foot a shield bearing a large letter “U”. A thin rule along the foot of the panel carries the firm’s name, address and telephone numbers in a single line. All drawings are flat line and solid black marks; there is no halftone, no artist signature and no show-through from the reverse of the leaf.]

[This advertisement shares page 134 of L’Officiel du cycle with an advertisement for Patriarca, held here as its own record.]
