[An upright ruled advertisement in black on the cream stock, the panel closed by a thin rule. “MOYEUX” is set in letter-spaced capitals over the brand name in very large bold sans-serif capitals, with the dates and the anniversary line below in bold. At the center a geared hub is drawn as a fine line engraving, lying on its side with the axle horizontal: the polished shell with two drilled flanges, the barrel lettered along its length “STURMEY ARCHER” and “AW-7” with “NOTTINGHAM ENGLAND” curving round it, the driver and a toothed sprocket at the right, and the indicator chain with its bell crank and the thin rod rising from the right-hand axle end. “TOURISME” at the left and “SPORT” at the right flank the drawing in letter-spaced capitals. The specification runs in two lines of light letter-spaced capitals with the figures in bold, closed by a short heavy rule. The distributor’s line is set in bold italic, the company name in large bold roman, and the street, town, the wholesale-only line in italic capitals and the telephone follow, with a second short rule below. The panel closes with two lines of bold italic inviting clients during the Salon. No second color is used, no signature or agency mark appears, and nothing shows through from the reverse of the leaf.]

[This advertisement shares page 112 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for E. Perrin and SIM, each held here as its own record, and one for the Grandière cyclomoteur.]
