[A borderless advertisement in black and white. “Eclairage électrique pour cycles” is set across the head in heavy rounded lowercase letters on a slight upward slant. Beneath it a tilted rectangle ruled with close horizontal lines holds a line engraving with cast shadows of four lighting parts: a bottle-shaped dynamo at the left with a diamond badge reading “R ROB B” and a small lever marked “TIREZ” on its clamp, a rear lamp showing a dotted round lens, a large streamlined headlamp with side lugs and a screw at its base and a small dark lamp shell at the upper right. A tiny signature reading “DEL.” stands at the lower right of the ruled panel. Across the foot a black band carries “ROBERT” in large white capitals with an inline design, with “FRERES” in small condensed capitals, and a diamond trademark at the right with the letters “R”, “ROB” and “B” inside nested diamond outlines. The town and telephone line in spaced capitals runs below the band. Faint text from the reverse of the leaf shows through the paper at the right.]

[This advertisement shares page 42 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Bauriat, Yvars and CLEM, each held here as its own record, and one for De La Rue gas heating panels.]
