[An upright advertisement set in type alone, framed by a single rule. The partners’ names head the panel in very heavy condensed slab-serif capitals above a rule, with the company form and capital under them in a light letter-spaced sans serif. “FABRICATION SPÉCIALE” follows in bold letter-spaced capitals over a lighter line naming the parts, then the town and telephone number in bold with the telegraphic address below in lighter capitals, closed by a short centered rule. The product names are set in two widely spaced columns of light letter-spaced capitals, four lines to a column, with the registered mark between them: a plain oval outline carrying the initials “R.F.G.” in large letters, the word “MARQUE” curved along the top of the oval inside it and “DÉPOSÉE” curved along the bottom. “ROUES DENTÉES” runs across below the columns, underlined by a rule, with the foundation line under it in letter-spaced capitals. The years of trading stand large in heavy slab-serif capitals, followed by one line of italic, and a rule closes the foot above the hall and stand number in bold sans serif. No illustration, no second color, no agency mark and no artist’s signature appear.]

[This advertisement shares page 170 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Pivo, Guttacoll and Fourets, each held here as its own record.]
