Les projecteurs RADIOS
[Ebykr summary; the article’s text is not reproduced. The very complete range of dynamos and headlamps for cycles and cyclomotors made by the Société Radios has lately been enriched with a new model, the 21 C A headlamp with built-in speedometer (compteur incorporé). It is a chromed brass headlamp 95 mm in diameter, made to take two bulbs (6 V, 0.35 A and 6 V, 1 A), and it can be fed equally well by a Radios dynamo or by a flywheel magneto (volant magnétique).]
[Ebykr summary, after the illustration. It carries a built-in 60 km/h speedometer and is delivered with a three-position switch that fixes to the handlebar, special cables, a drive with two take-offs (entraîneur à deux prises) and a transmission. It is generally fixed on the welded brackets (brides soudées) fitted at the origin, but it can also be placed on the handlebar stem (plongeur du guidon) by means of a special cadmium-plated or chromed clamp.]
[A column of text with one large illustration. The heading “Les projecteurs RADIOS” is set in bold roman at the upper right, the body in italic type with some phrases in bold roman, and “Radios” in small capitals. The illustration sits in a box framed by a thin black rule and is a line engraving, in black hatching on a plain ground, of a chromed headlamp seen from a three-quarter angle: a deep rounded shell shaded with fine vertical lines, a rim lit from the left, a round speedometer dial on the upper right with a numbered scale of 0, 30, 40, 50 and 60 and an odometer window, a hexagonal nut on the side of the shell, a small knurled thumbscrew and a slanting bracket arm below. The drawing carries no caption, signature or address.]
