[A small landscape panel of text only, inside a thin black rule with a second rule set just inside it along the top and the left. No drawing, photograph or trademark appears. The matter is set in six centered lines that change face from line to line: two lines of bold sans-serif naming the goods, with spaced hyphens between the words, then one line of bold italic, then one line of light sans-serif in a larger size. The initials of the firm follow at the left in large bold sans-serif capitals with points, set against two lines of bold roman at the right that give the street, the town and the telephone. The last line, in a heavy condensed roman, gives the Paris depot with its street number, street and arrondissement. No second color is used and no signature or agency mark appears. Type from the reverse of the leaf shows faintly through the upper part of the panel.]

[This advertisement shares page 179 of L’Officiel du cycle with an advertisement for Poirier, held here as its own record, and others for S.O.S.P. hire-purchase forms, Gamet gloves, D.K.W. spare parts, Barbe sprockets for motorcycles, Bonnefoy cream separators and Ferrand clothing.]
