[A ruled advertisement in black occupying most of a page. At the upper left the V&W trademark is drawn as large outlined serif letters “V&W” crossed by an outlined banner lettered “Spécialités pour cycles & motos”; the firm’s name and Le Pré-Saint-Gervais address stand at the upper right in heavy condensed type. Halftone photographs, cut out from their backgrounds, show the goods: a large pillion seat with a pebbled rubber top, a padded grab handle and a clamp with a knurled knob; a round rear-view mirror on a cranked stem with a handlebar clip, a small V&W mark on its back; and a pair of adjustable footrests with rubber pegs. The product list is set in a light sans-serif, widely spaced, and “Catalogue sur demande” closes the panel in bold italic between ornaments. No artist’s signature is visible.]

[This advertisement shares page 72 of L’Officiel du cycle with an advertisement for Porthor, held here as its own record, and one for the Emain repair lift.]
