[A tall narrow ruled advertisement in black and white, set as a column. At the top a young woman in a striped jersey and slacks rides a lightweight bicycle up a slope, drawn in loose pen line, and at the foot a second young woman in a printed summer dress rides a similar bicycle with a rear carrier and mudguards, seen from the other side and drawn in finer line with a dotted pattern on the dress. Between them “LA SELLE SOUPLE” is set in bold sans serif capitals, “REYDEL” very large in heavy condensed slab capitals, and two lines in bold condensed sans serif. No firm’s address and no signature appear.]

[This advertisement shares page 126 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Mulin and Rivory, each held here as its own record, and others for Brown dual seats, the Elka cable pliers, R.G. reboring hones and Ferrand gloves and clothing.]
