EXPÉDITIONS

Toutes nos expéditions sont faites aux risques et périls des destinataires. Les envois par poste sont toujours recommandés aux frais du destinataire pour réserver à ce dernier un recours en cas de perte.

Les expéditions dont le poids dépasse celui d’un postal sont faites par P.V. gare sauf avis contraire du client.

Les postaux sont envoyés en gare ; ceux dont le montant dépasse l’allocation des Compagnies en cas de perte et d’avarie sont emballés sous caisse et assurés d’office à la charge du destinataire.

A moins d’avis contraire, les machines réparées dans nos usines sont toujours retournées en G.V. Il en est de même des pièces remises en état dans nos ateliers lorsque leur poids dépasse celui d’un postal.

Nos envois sont soigneusement contrôlés au départ de l’usine et les Compagnies vérifient d’autre part les feuilles d’expédition portant le poids du colis. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas d’avarie ou de manquant. Les Compagnies de Chemins de Fer sont responsables des marchandises qu’elles transportent, aussi prions-nous nos clients de bien vérifier leur colis avant de prendre livraison et de ne signer le récépissé qu’après vérification, cette signature donnant décharge au Chemin de Fer sans recours possible.

Toute réclamation doit être faite au Chef de gare par lettre recommandée dans les trois jours qui suivent la réception.

GARANTIE

Nos machines sont vendues avec garantie de 2 ans contre tout vice de construction résultant d’un défaut de matière ou de fabrication. Cette garantie est expressément limitée à la réparation ou au remplacement gratuit des pièces reconnues défectueuses, sans qu’il puisse jamais être réclamé d’indemnité pour une cause quelconque, soit pour l’immobilisation de la machine, soit même à raison des accidents de personnes ou de choses qui pourraient survenir. Les frais de transport et d’emballage aller et retour, de démontage, de remontage et essai, etc… sont à la charge du client. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de modifications apportées à nos machines par des tiers.

Nos bicyclettes portent sur la patte AR. gauche un numéro, et nous ne garantissons pas celles dont les chiffres seraient effacés ou martelés, toute tentative de modification ou de suppression dissimulant une fraude.

Nous recommandons à tout acheteur d’une machine de notre marque d’exiger du vendeur un certificat de garantie. Ce certificat doit mentionner le même matricule que celui figurant sur la machine et ne doit comporter ni surcharge ni grattage.

Nous garantissons exclusivement comme machines de notre marque neuves, celles vendues par nos Agents officiels, les machines de notre marque détenues par tous autres commerçants ne peuvent être vendues que comme machines d’occasion. Pour les pneumatiques et accessoires, notre garantie est limitée à celle du fabricant.

Nous recommandons aux propriétaires de machines de notre marque de n’en confier l’entretien ou la réparation qu’aux agents de notre maison. Ils doivent exiger sur les factures la garantie que les pièces employées pour la remise en état sont bien de notre fabrication, ceci pour déjouer les nombreuses contrefaçons.
