Ce nouveau moyeu existe en 2 versions :
– Un modèle à grandes joues (photo 1) avec évidement très important (ajours en aube).
– Un modèle à petites joues (photo 2), encore plus léger aux caractéristiques mécaniques identiques.

2 versions of this new hub exist :
– One model with large diameter flanges (photo 1) with a large amount of hollowing out (blade-shaped cutouts).
– One model with small diameter flanges (photo 2), even lighter but with identical mechanical properties.

1er moyeu démontable
Réalisé mécaniquement, sans emmanchement, ce moyeu présente un assemblage totalement démontable (photo 3).

Dans les formes chicanées des cache-poussières, un film de graisse assure une étanchéité parfaite. Entièrement inoxydables, les composants du moyeu 2000 subissent superficiellement un traitement spécial les protégeant contre les agressions mécaniques, tels les chocs lors du changement de roue.

A film of grease in the baffle-shaped dust caps ensures perfect tightness. Completely stainless, the components of the 2000 hub undergo a special surface treatment protecting them against mechanical agression such as impact when changing the wheel.

1001 release hubs

Competition release hubs, safe and practical. Adapt on all « Racing » hubs, made from heat treated steel, very sturdy. Polished and chromium plated finish.

blocages 2002

Avec des composants en alliage léger traité, possédant les mêmes caractéristiques que les 1001, ces blocages, alliés aux moyeux 2000, en font des pièces d’avenir aux performances exceptionnelles. Finitions : chromé ou or.

2002 release hubs

With components made from heat treated light alloy components, with the same properties as the 1001, these release hubs, allied to the 2000 hubs, are parts of the future with exceptional performances. Chromium plated or gold finish.

Un poids total moyeu-blocage défiant toute concurrence (gain d’environ 100 g sur système conventionnel)n’attaquant nullement la rigidité et les caractéristiques dynamiques de l’ensemble. Ce résultat est le fruit d’une étude particulière sur les formes du moyeu et la résistance des alliages spéciaux traités.

A total hub-release weight which defies competition (saves about 100 g compared to the traditional system) but in no way does it change the stiffness and the dynamic properties of the assembly. This result is the fruit of a special study on the shapes of hubs and the resistance of special heat treated alloys.
