[An upright panel inside a plain black rule, printed in black on the untinted paper and lettered by hand throughout. A solid black bar runs down the left edge and a second one runs along the top under the opening words, which are drawn in bold capitals at the upper left and broken off with two points. The body of the panel is a bold pen drawing, mostly in solid black with white reserved lines, of the head of a bicycle frame seen from the right front: the head tube with its lamp bracket on top, the fork crown and one fork blade running down past a brake and a wheel rim with a tire, the down tube and top tube running away to the lower left, a transfer lettered with the firm’s name reading up the down tube, two decorative bands ringing the tube below it, a shield-shaped head badge with lettering on the head tube and a small screw head above it. Five hand-lettered labels sit around the drawing and four of them run an arrow or a long leader line in to the part named: two lines of capitals at the upper left over a rule for the transfer, two lines of script at the left for the bands, two lines of script at the upper right for the screw, two lines of capitals at the right for the badge, and one line of script along the foot of the drawing for the tapered tube end. A solid black box closes the panel with four lines reversed out in white: the firm’s name very large in drawn capitals, the founding line, the street and city with the arrondissement, and the telephone. No photograph, no second color and no signature or agency mark appear.]
