[A ruled advertisement in black and white, upright in format, framed by a thin rule with a heavy black bar down the left side and across the head of the picture. “POUR VOS..” is set in heavy capitals at the top left. The main image is a line drawing with solid black fill of the front of a bicycle frame, showing the head tube, the top of the down tube and the fork crown with the upper part of a fork blade and the edge of the front wheel and mudguard. A shield-shaped badge on the head tube carries a small monogram, and a wide band on the down tube carries a name in white outline letters that is too small to read with certainty. Narrow banded bands appear at the joints. Hand-lettered labels with pointing rules name the features: a small script note at the upper right, whose words are not legible, “ÉCUSSON MÉTAL” at the right, “DÉCALCOMANIE GLISSANTE” at the left with a long arrow running down to the name on the down tube, “bandeaux décoratifs” with a rule pointing to the banded joint, and “queue de billard” with an arrow pointing to the tip of the fork blade. A black panel across the foot carries “Ets E. MULIN” in large white capitals, with “MAISON FONDÉE EN 1923”, the street address and the telephone line below in letterspaced white capitals. No signature or agency mark is visible.]

[This advertisement shares page 216 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Marcel Guillen, La Vipère, Choillot and Larpenteur, each held here as its own record, and others for Rotoisson horns for motor machines, Cellier et Pouly grips and connecting-rod parts, the magazine’s own subscription notice, Usai cork clutch discs, R.G. cylinder-reboring tools, Rivory braids and cords and the Syndicat Général’s membership appeal.]
