[A ruled portrait advertisement in black and white. The upper third is a line-engraved perspective view of a long factory seen from a corner: a saw-tooth roof with three tall chimneys giving off small stippled puffs of smoke, a gabled office block at the center whose tower carries the sign “DELANGLE” over the words “CYCLES-TANDEMS”, rows of multi-pane windows, a brick-banded wing at the right ending in a gate, and the legend “CYCLES DELANGLE” painted along the building’s front and lettered on a wall at the left; a few tiny figures stand on the pavement. Below the drawing “CYCLES DELANGLE” is set across the full width in very heavy shaded slab-serif capitals, under which “la Marque des Records” appears in lighter roman type above a short wavy rule. Three centered lines in light italic announce the Salon terms, and the address, town and telephone number close the panel in spaced sans-serif type, with “PARIS” in bold. There is no artist signature and no show-through from the reverse of the leaf.]
