[A narrow horizontal advertisement across the page, a solid black panel between vertical rules. At the left a tilted cream tag shaped like an arrow carries two lines in a small roman, the first ending in a smudged group of characters and a matching smudge at the tag’s left end. “BOYAUX” stands at the upper right in white sans-serif capitals, and “D’Alessandro” sweeps across the panel in a large white script with diagonal hatched shading and a long swash underline. The three lines on training, racing and red inner tubes are reversed in spaced white sans-serif capitals. Beneath the panel the distributor’s name, address and telephone run in one line of condensed black capitals. There is no drawing and no signature.]

[This advertisement shares page 52 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Peugeot and Ad-Hoc, each held here as its own record, and one for the Saker switch grip.]
