[A wide, shallow advertisement in black on cream, framed by a heavy rule. At the upper left a solid black silhouette shows a woman with her hair tied back riding a scooter that tows a small enclosed trailer on one wheel, and at the lower right a second silhouette shows a man on a motorcycle towing a flat open trailer with a rail round its load bed, its wheel drawn in outline. The headline runs across the top right in tall condensed capitals, with “POUR” in small capitals. The trailer uses are set in the middle in condensed sans-serif over a short rule, and “Spécialistes depuis 1930” sits at the upper right in bold italic. The catalog request at the lower left is set in a small sans-serif with “condition” in italic, over the firm’s name in bold condensed capitals with “Ets” written with small raised letters, and the street and town follow beside it in a wide slab-serif. No signature or agency mark appears. Faint lines of type from the reverse of the leaf show through at the right.]

[This advertisement shares page 80 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Marcel Guillen and Rivory, each held here as its own record, and others for the Couteau-Clé Multiple pocket tool, the Monoto microcar, Eskimo gloves, Marchand frame repairs, Grazzini suspension, sewing-machine parts, the Syndicat Général’s call for members, Rod 88 goggles and Varay et Magnenant bearings.]
