REMORQUES CYCLES & MOTOS

CHOILLOT

Spécialiste de la Remorque depuis 1930

67, 69, Rue de Chenove, DIJON

[A text-only advertisement in a wide, low panel printed as light lettering reversed out of a dark gray ground. The top line, “REMORQUES CYCLES & MOTOS”, runs the full width in heavy rounded sans-serif capitals. Below it the name “CHOILLOT” stands very large in stencil-style capitals, each letter cut by thin vertical and horizontal bars of dark ground. Under the name a line in a light calligraphic roman reads “Spécialiste de la Remorque depuis 1930”, and a pair of thin ruled lines separates it from the address, which is set in widely spaced open capitals along the foot. There is no drawing and no signature.]

[This advertisement shares page 138 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Dupont, Indéca, IRM, Cyclometer and Mulin, each held here as its own record, and others for Rod 88 goggles, a P.F. parts cabinet, Monginet’s saddlebag rack for motor machines, Dissoplast repair solution and the Mochet voiturette.]
