[A wide shallow advertisement, the whole of it a solid black band with every word reversed out in white and no illustration. The product line runs across the top in bold sans serif capitals, the trade name below it very large in a heavy stencil-cut sans serif whose strokes are broken by narrow gaps, and the specialist line under that in a bold roman. A fine double rule crosses the band, and the street numbers, street and town close the panel in letter-spaced sans serif capitals and lower case, the town set in capitals. The street name is printed “Chenove”, without an accent. Above the band the plain paper carries show-through from the reverse of the leaf: a line of reversed lettering and the faint outline of a drawing at the upper right. No second color, no agency mark and no artist’s signature appear.]

[This advertisement shares page 171 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Onoto and Rex, each held here as its own record.]
