Casati: tre generazioni di passione per la bicicletta, nata dalla bottega artigianale che fin dal 1920 seguiva i primissimi sportivi monzesi.
Una passione che continua ancora oggi, nella realizzazione di biciclette “gioiello” interamente realizzate a mano con componenti e tecnologie dell’ultima generazione.

Casati: three generations of passion for bicycles, beginning at the craftsman’s workshop which, since 1920, followed the very first sports events of Monza. A passion which continues today with the construction of “gems” entirely hand-built using the most modern components and typology.

Telaio costruito con tubazioni COLUMBUS GENIUS e saldato con il metodo SILVER FILLET BRAZED. La saldatura viene effettuata con un particolare cannello, studiato appositamente per ridurre notevolmente il raggio di surriscaldamento e la quantità di calore, al fine di mantenere inalterate tutte le proprietà meccaniche possedute dai tubi NIVACROM. Questo sistema permette di avere un prodotto tecnicamente perfetto, con rifiniture di prestigio e di alta qualità. Tutti i nostri telai sono costruiti esclusivamente su misura, sono sottoposti ad accurati test di controllo e ad un trattamento specifico antiruggine anche all’interno dei tubi, per garantire una maggiore durata nel tempo. Anche per il telaio Genius sono state utilizzate tubazioni a base ellittica, per conferire maggiore rigidità antiflessione nella parte del movimento e una grande stabilità alla bicicletta anche nei percorsi più impegnativi e veloci. Il telaio Genius ha il pregio di riunire qualità, tecnologia e sicurezza; inoltre il suo peso di solo 1,370 kg ca. (telaio da 53) lo rende adatto per ottenere prestazioni di alto livello.

Frame constructed using COLUMBUS GENIUS tubing and welded with the SILVER FILLET BRAZED method. This is done using a specially made welding torch which considerably reduces the range of over-heating and the quantity of heat and thus maintains all the mechanical properties of NIVACROM tubing. This system results in a technically perfect product, with a high class and a high quality finish. All our frames are made exclusively to measure, undergo stringent testing, and receive a specific rust-proofing treatment, even within the interior of the tubing, to quarantee a longer life. Genius frames, too, have been made using eliptically based tubing giving greater anti-flexing rigidity in the crank axle area and greater stability to the bicycle even on the fastest and most difficult runs. The Genius frame has the advantage of uniting quality, technology and safety, and its weight of only about 1,370 kg. (53 frame) makes it intended for high level performance.

Mit diesem System erhält man ein technisch einwandfreies Produkt mit wertvoller Schlußbearbeitung und hoher Qualität. Alle Rahmen von uns sind ausschließlich nach Maß hergestellt, werden sorgfältigen Prüfungen und einer speziellen Rostschutzbehandlung, auch auf der Innenseite der Rohre, unterzogen, um eine längere Lebensdauer zu garantieren. Telaio costruito con tubazioni COLUMBUS NIVACROM EL OVER SIZE a base ellittica nella parte del movimento centrale, per conferire maggiore rigidità e stabilità anche nei percorsi più impegnativi e veloci. La saldatura molto accurata con leghe speciali a bassa temperatura permette di avere un telaio strutturalmente perfetto. Un accurato studio della geometria e delle angolazioni permette si soddisfare tutte le esigenze del cliente e di creare il telaio a misura d’uomo.
