[A ruled advertisement in black and white inside a heavy rule. A pointing-hand fist opens the top line, “VÉLOCISTES !… si vous désirez”, set in spaced bold italic capitals and lower case across the full width. Down the left side “SÉCURITÉ” and “DURÉE” stand in bold sans-serif capitals with a small “et” between them, followed by two lines of bold italic type, “Les SELLES” in tall condensed capitals and a long bold italic line about oak-bark-tanned leather. The right half holds a line engraving of a sprung saddle seen from the side, its leather top finely hatched and studded with rivets along the edge, with a large coiled spring at the nose, a pressed frame beneath and two tall conical coil springs at the rear. An oval plate on the side of the leather reads “KIDUR” in condensed capitals with “MARQUE DÉPOSÉE” in small type below, and a smaller oval stamp near the rear of the top is too small to read. “ADGA – KIDUR” and “- VERYBEST -” close the panel in large heavy sans-serif capitals across the bottom. There is no signature. Faint text from the reverse of the leaf shows through at the lower right.]

[This advertisement shares its unnumbered page of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Argaud, Marvel, Fiducia and L’Emboutissage Industriel, each held here as its own record, and others for Pertuisot connecting-rod and cylinder repairs and the Mini-Motor auxiliary engine.]
