[A full-page advertisement on a solid black ground with rounded corners. At the center a starburst of white rays holds the large CLB monogram (a bold “C” and “L” set against a “B” inside a circle); below it a white card carries the hand-lettered text “tient à votre disposition ses nouveautés…” with a wavy underline. Around the starburst, white line drawings of the firm’s products, each with its own small white label card: center-pull and side-pull caliper brakes stamped “CLB” (Demi-Ballon, Course à détention automatique, Standard N M à braser), brake levers (Poignée route spéciale R.S.2, Course compétition C.C.4, Course C.S. 2), a cantilever brake (Cantilever Sport 1951), a front-derailleur chainwheel guard on a chainwheel, a stem (Potence bronze d’alu), a wing nut lettered “CLB” (Papillon), four chainguards with the CLB badge (C.L.B. Sport, C.L.B. 3 attaches large, C.L.B. Max B, C.L.B. P. 21), a child’s pedal extender (Décaleur de pédale enfant), a touring carrier (Porte bagages cyclotouriste), a cyclomoteur handlebar with steering guide, grip and brake, and two handlebar control sets (Guidonnets simple et double commande). The address runs in a white band at the foot, with the Salon line printed below the panel. The last letters of “DIRECTION” are partly hidden by a drawn cable end. No signature or agency mark.]

[This advertisement shares page 80 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Idéale, Roll’s and Elté, each held here as its own record.]
