L’invenzione della curva da corsa ideale per ogni conformazione e “stile di pedalata” appartiene storicamente alla Cinelli. Le curve “classiche” offrono una completa articolazione di posizionamenti e di misure perché ciascuno possa scegliere quelle più adatte alle sue esigenze. Le nuove curve seguono lo stesso criterio “morfologico” e sono indirizzate anche ad altri impieghi, come il Triathlon e il cicloturismo. Sono tutte costruite mediante piegatura a freddo da tubo trafilato senza saldatura, in lega leggera speciale. Manicotto bloccato a freddo e incollato. Finitura: pulitura e ossidazione anodica.

HANDLEBAR BENDS
The invention of the ideal racing handlebar bend for every conformation and “way of pedalling” belongs historically to Cinelli. The classical bends offer a complete range of positions and sizes so that each can choose the most suitable for his needs. The new bends follow the same “morphological” criteria and are directed also to other uses such as the Triathlon and cycle tourism. They are all constructed by cold-bending drawn seamless tube, in special light alloy. Sleeve cold locked and glued. Finish: cleaning and anodizing.

ATTACCHI MANUBRIO
Gli attacchi Cinelli sono universalmente riconosciuti come frutto del più accurato e selezionato ciclo produttivo. La perfezione costruttiva, l’accuratezza delle finiture e l’elevata affidabilità sono stati i motivi per cui da oltre trent’anni tutti i più famosi campioni hanno scelto gli attacchi Cinelli.
Tutti i modelli sono ottenuti mediante la forgiatura a caldo di barre estruse di leghe di alluminio. Questo procedimento garantisce una maggior “compattezza” della struttura ed un più favorevole orientamento delle fibre contribuendo così ad aumentare la capacità di resistenza.
Successive lavorazioni alle macchine utensili assicurano poi la precisione dei diametri di accoppiamento con il manubrio e con il cannotto sterzo, garantendo tolleranze centesimali.
Da ultimo e non meno importanti sono i gruppi expander e le viti di bloccaggio, tutte realizzate in acciaio al CR-MO e successivamente cromate.

HANDLEBARS STEMS
The Cinelli stems are recognized worldwide because of the technology behind the quality. For over thirty years the world class champions have ridden with our stems thanks to the perfect construction, the best finishing and the reliability.
All our models are obtained through hot forging of aluminium alloy extruded bars. This way of production it is guaranteed a better composition of the structure, and the right direction of the fibers, making the stem highly resistant.
Through other manufacturing we can ensure the perfect diameter of the stems to fit the bars and the steering columns with centesimal tolerances.
Last but still important is the expander set and clip bolt in chromoly steel finished with chrome plating.

In groppone di cuoio fiore, concia cromo, assolutamente calibrati a spessore costante, fibbia con trattamento antiusura e antiossidante. Realizzati nelle versioni standard, extra, prestige.

STANDARD
Unicamente in cuoio fiore, nei colori bianco, rosso, nero, giallo, blu.

EXTRA
Due strisce di cuoio fiore calibrato accoppiate con una striscia di nylon, garanzia di inestendibilità e antirottura del cinghietto. Colore naturale.

BINDA TOESTRAPS
Made from butt grain leather, chrome tanned, perfectly constant gauge, anti-wear and anti-oxidation treated buckle. Manufactured in the standard, extra and prestige versions.

STANDARD
In grain leather only, available colours: white, red, black, yellow, blue.

EXTRA
Created by combining two grain leather constant gauge strips with a nylon strip. Thus the straps become non-stretch and are no longer subject to tear. Colour available: neutral.
