[A text-only ruled advertisement in black and white, set within a single rule that is doubled into a heavy shadow along the right and bottom edges. The firm’s name and the year stand across the top in very large, heavy, wide sans-serif capitals. Beneath it two lines in light italic announce the world-champion tape. Two short claims about titles and records stand side by side in a plain sans-serif, the first line of each a figure. The product names follow in heavy sans-serif capitals, each with a lighter descriptive word beside it, stepped inward from the left and ending at the right margin with a figure. A short rule separates this block from a second block, which opens with a bold line of mixed type and continues with three centered lines of light sans-serif. A second short rule leads to the wholesale and factory addresses in a medium sans-serif, and two smaller lines at the foot give the exhibition hall and stand numbers for the cycle show and the automobile show. No drawings, no artist signature and no text from the reverse of the leaf are visible.]

[This advertisement shares page 202 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Vita and PWB, each held here as its own record, and others for a dealer’s discount notice for the Salon, the Mochet microcar and P.C. spark-plug lead clamps.]
