[A ruled advertisement in black and white set on a solid black ground with all the type reversed out in white. “CYCLO – REMORQUES” runs across the head in bold roman capitals, and “BIRDO” is stacked letter by letter down each side in heavy roman capitals. The center holds a light panel with a line drawing of the rear half of a bicycle, with its saddle, rear wheel and mudguard, drawing a two-wheeled box trailer by a long curved shaft clamped under the saddle; the trailer has slatted sides, a hatched panel body and spoked wheels. Three lines of spaced sans-serif capitals under the picture list the trailer’s qualities, and the firm’s name and Dijon address close the panel in bold roman type. There is no signature in the drawing.]

[This advertisement shares its unnumbered page of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Argaud, Mazoyer, Choillot, CAMCL and Neiman, each held here as its own record, and others for spare parts for Peugeot vélomoteurs and motorcycles and the Derny motorized bicycle.]
