Le biciclette sono vendute con la seguente dotazione: la borsetta, le chiavi, l’oleatore, la pompa e la gemma catarifrangente. Sono esclusi: il fanale, il campanello e qualunque tipo di accessorio. Le spedizioni si fanno a tutto rischio e pericolo del Committente: ove non sia prescritto altro. l’imballaggio è gratis di sola carta, con aumento di L. 2 per assicella di protezione al copricatena. – A richiesta si fornisce la macchina con imballaggio in gabbia di legno e verrà fatturato L. 15.

PAGAMENTO: Il pagamento s’intende per pronta cassa cioè un terzo all’atto della commissione e la rimanenza contro assegno ferroviario. Tutti i prezzi s’intendono per merce franco Milano.

GARANZIA PER LE BICICLETTE: Tutte le biciclette portanti la nostra marca sono vendute con garanzia di dodici mesi dalla data di uscita dai nostri Magazzini, per i vizi di costruzione risultanti da difetto di materiale o di fabbricazione. Questa garanzia è limitata esclusivamente alla riparazione gratis del pezzo difettoso, reso franco di spesa al nostro stabilimento, in Viale Abruzzi, 16. Verranno invece fatturate le eventuali spese di montaggio e smontaggio. Non si garantiscono i guasti provenienti da naturale deperimento, da uso anormale, incuria, o da casi fortuiti. La Società non assume in alcun modo ulteriori garanzie nè responsabilità anche per quanto possa accadere per difetto o vizio del materiale o lavorazione durante l’uso dei velocipedi, meccanismi ed apparecchi da essa forniti. Preveniamo la clientela che non garantiamo: selle, ruote libere, cerchi di legno e catene, pure montando le migliori in commercio, giacchè la loro durata dipende dall’uso che se ne fa.
