Across the top the slogan is written in large slanted brush script over several lines, following concentric curved lines that sweep across the sheet like the arcs of a wheel, and a small outlined “A.M.B” in block capitals stands at the upper left. Three mudguards are drawn in line engraving with fine hatching and dotted stitch lines: two long curved guards of the kind that arch over a wheel, one at the lower left and one in the middle, each seen from the open end, and a short guard with a pointed central ridge at the upper right. A tall panel with rounded corners at the lower right is filled with black across its head, where the words “GARDE-BOUE POUR” are spaced out in white letters; below that the list of uses is set in bold spaced capitals and lighter italic lines, separated by small stars. At the lower left the name “A.M.B” stands in very large outlined block capitals rising from a black band, and under it the firm name, address and telephone are set in reversed capitals on that band.
