[Signed at the left:] Mich
[Printed under the foot:] REGISTRE DU COMMERCE ST-ÉTIENNE 404-1920
[A green sheet. A racing cyclist in a white cap, goggles and a red jersey with white piping, brown shorts and gloves, crouches over the drop handlebars on a brown-framed machine with white wheels, his mouth set; from the wheels and the tires long black splashes fan out across the whole sheet in every direction, so the machine seems to be spattering the whole picture. The slogan stands at the top in white script; the maker’s name and town in red-outlined white capitals fill the foot.]
