[Ebykr summary; the article’s text is not reproduced. The opening paragraph says the Challenge “Yellow-Sedis” goes at the end of the season to the French road rider with the most points from the events listed. Under II a), the points are raised by 50 % when the French riders take the top places of the result with no foreigner between them; under III a) and III b), they are raised by 25 % on the same terms; for the Tour de France and the Championnat du Monde they are doubled when the places are the first of the result, on those terms; for Bordeaux-Paris and the Grand Prix des Nations they are raised by 50 % on those terms. Closing paragraphs, set off by asterisms: a tie on points in the final standings goes to the rider with more first places, then more second places, and failing that to the one placed higher in the Championnat de France sur route; the winner must be in good standing under the statutes of the F.F.C. and hold his civic rights; the increase in points applies only to international events. An objet d’art with a check for 1.000 francs is presented to the winner at the end of the season.]
[No drawings or photographs belong to the rules. A boxed advertisement at the lower right, the Sedis chain’s notice that it puts up the Challenge Yellow every year, sits inside the frame and is a separate record (a14-sedis).]
