ORGANE D’INFORMATION DES PROFESSIONS DU CYCLE ET DU MOTOCYCLE

74e Année – 6 Avril 1964 – N° 7

[A green and black cover: the masthead L’OFFICIEL in tall pale letters reversed out of green over a field of wavy pale vertical stripes, with a black band carrying the subtitle beneath it. A cream panel at the center holds the Cazenave announcement, a web of green straight lines like crossed spokes radiating round a blank center, a black sunburst disc of chevrons at the upper left holding the words on the 1964 range in green, the Cazenave name in heavy rounded black letters outlined in green, and three black discs down the left with the sales points reversed in cream. A black column at the lower left carries the magazine’s triangular emblem, a toothed chainring flanked by small green figures of a cyclist, a motorcyclist and a scooter rider, above the line describing the paper. The issue line sits in a cream box at the foot on the right. A tiny black arrow-shaped cartouche at the right edge of the panel, level with the lowest disc, carries the agency mark, printed sideways. Part of the side column at the upper left is torn away.]
