[A full page of statistical table inside a ruled rectangular frame, text only, with no illustration or signature. Across the head, “LE PARC CYCLISTE FRANÇAIS” stands in large slab-serif capitals above “pour les trois dernières années” in large lowercase sans-serif type, and below that the subtitle “(Statistique officielle fondée sur la vente des vignettes fiscales)” is set in italic sans-serif. Beneath the title the table runs in two side-by-side blocks divided by a thin vertical rule, the first listing the départements from Ain to Loiret and the second from Lot to Yonne, each with three right-aligned number columns headed 1954, 1953 and 1952 in bold, dotted leaders joining each name to its figures, and a total row with a short rule above it closing the second block. A thin horizontal rule separates the table from three footnotes set in a serif face across the foot of the frame.]
