Les câbles INDÉCA

[Ebykr summary; the article’s text is not reproduced. Placing itself under the sign of high safety, the Société Indéca presents its brake and clutch cables, which enjoy great favor among users. They are made of hardened wires of very high strength, are free of any internal tension, have very great suppleness and cannot unravel at whatever point they are cut. Protected with electrolytic cadmium over a prior coppering, the wires are practically rustproof. The coefficient of use of these cables reaches the maximum, since the resistance to pull-out of the Indéca drums or pins, patented and made without soldering, is much higher than the resistance of the cable itself. This high safety allows the company to give a guarantee, stated in figures, of resistance at the drum of 250 kg for cycles and 300 kg for motorcycles.]

[Text only, in one magazine column under a right-aligned heading in bold sans-serif type, “Les câbles INDÉCA”, with the name in capitals. The body is set in a light italic roman face with the name Indéca in upright type or small capitals and several phrases in bold sans-serif (“câbles de freins et de débrayage”, “fils trempés à très haute résistance”, “Protégés au cadmium électrolytique”, “une garantie chiffrée de résistance”); the paragraphs are indented and “garantie” is hyphenated across two lines. There is no drawing, no address and no signature, and no closing dot shows beneath the last line, which sits at the lower edge of the crop.]
