[A ruled advertisement in black and white, cut at the right by the binding fold, which removes the ends of every line in the right-hand column and of the lines below the drawing. At the upper left a wide cartoon in line work with hatched shading and a hatched border shows a roadside camping scene: in the distance a cyclist and a motorcyclist ride along a road, while in the foreground a seated man in a checked shirt raises a cup beside an open luggage box fitted as a folding table with a plate and a bottle, and a second man in shorts and a sweater kneels with his hands on his hips beside a motorcycle fitted with side luggage. Small packages lie on the ground. A small signature stands vertically at the right of the cartoon; it may read “Gramin” but is not certain. To the right, a slanted brush-script heading is underlined with a brush stroke, above a list of five numbered advantages in heavy condensed sans-serif capitals and a closing paragraph in italic and spaced bold capitals. Two lines of bold condensed type below the cartoon carry the selling claim and the model note, and a black band with a curved left end holds the firm’s name in white capitals with the address in smaller type, preceded by a line of script written above it.]

[This advertisement shares page 128 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for LAM, Fonlupt and Delangle, each held here as its own record, and others for the Geno motorcycle helmet and the Monoto voiturette.]
