HALL DU CYCLE — Stand 20

[A ruled advertisement in black and white with a gray line-hatched ground. A handwritten headline in black brush script arches across the top, following the curve of a thick white cable that rises from the lower left in a long loop and crosses the right end of the name. The name “INDÉCA” stands in large white capitals on a black rounded bar, tilted slightly upward. Below it a white sheet-shaped panel, wider at the top, holds the text: a bold line of weight figures, two lines of letterspaced capitals set at a slight slant, “CYCLES ET MOTOS” in tall condensed capitals, the words “double protection” in large black script, and four lines of small bold sans-serif text set on a rising slant. A black band across the foot carries the firm name, the department and the telephone number in white condensed capitals, and a line of spaced capitals with the stand number sits beneath it. There are no photographs and no signature; a small flaw in the print breaks the word “CYCLE” between its first two words.]

[This advertisement shares page 176 of L’Officiel du cycle with an advertisement for IRM, held here as its own record, and one for Beaussuzet chainwheels for cyclomoteurs and motorcycles.]
