At the head the Gnutti trademark: a winged figure with a bird’s head, drawn as a ribbon of brush strokes, perched on a circle that holds a stylized letter “I” or post device, above the name GNUTTI reversed out in bold capitals inside a rounded black-bordered plate. At the center a photographic halftone panel: a Gnutti racing chainwheel with its crank arms and a pedal spindle laid across it, a quick-release hub at the lower left, with tilted cards lettered “PEDALIER ‘COTTERLESS’ (sans CLAVETTES)” and “MOYEUX à blocage rapide”, a small framed card of hand-lettered script praising the cotterless chainset and the quick-release hubs (its small script is blurred by the halftone screen and only partly legible) and the Gnutti trademark and name plate again at the foot of the panel. The agent’s name, address and telephone number, the stand number and a closing line follow, divided by a wavy rule and a short straight rule. No signature or agency mark.
