SERIE DE TUBES: Columbus SLX spécialement conçu pour C.B.T. ITALIA.
FOURCHE: tête de fourche microfusion aéréo gravée à longs rénforces et forreaux creusés aéréodynamiques avec emboutissage du nome Krypton pour diminuer l’effet de torsion.
JEU DE RACCORD: raccord de selle gravé en microfusion avec vis de serrage noyée – raccords de direction gravés en extrusion sans soudure.
SUPPORT DERAILLEUR AV: brasé en microfusion
ENTRETOISE FREIN AR: gravée en microfusion.
PATTES AR: gravées aéréodinamiques.
BOITE PEDALIER: microfusion à longues pointes avec passage de cables à l’intérieur.
TUBE DE SELLE: embouti pour logement du boyau (distance axe boite pédalier axe pattes AR mm 385).
TUBES HORIZONTAL ET DIAGONAL: avec 4 embouts longitudinaux chacun conçu pour assurer une plus grande rigidité et diminuer la torsion.
BASES AR: à section rhomboidale pour augmenter la rigidité arrière (moyennemente plus 30%).
PASSAGE CABLE FREIN AR: latéral à l’interieur du tube horizontal avec plaquettes de renfort à l’entrée et à la sortie.
FINITION DE SURFACE: en alternative au traditionnel traitement du chromage depuis plus un an d’expérimentation et d’essai, la C.B.T. ITALIA, première dans le domain du cycle, a adopté un procédé de dépot autocatalytique appelé SILNICH SYSTEME identique à celui utilisé pour la protection des plaques electroniques des ordinateurs. Ce procédé garantie une dureté exceptionnelle, une resistance accrue à la corrosion et à l’usure et donne au cadre un look exclusif.

Les surfaces peintes son phosphatées et passivées et successivement traitées avec un fond anticorrosif à base d’oxyde de zinc avant d’être soumises à l’application d’une peinture plastique exclusive cuite au four à une température de 180 degrés.

FOURCHE: aéréodynamique avec tête en microfusion gravée.
JEU DE RACCORD: raccord de selle en microfusion avec vis de serrage noyée raccords de direction gravés en extrusion sans soudure.

PATTES AR: gravées aéréodynamiques.
TUBE DE SELLE: embouti pour logement du boyau (distance axe boite pédalier – axe pattes AR mm 385).
EMAILLAGE: coleur cristallisées multicouche avec fond plastique anticorrosion.
CHROMAGE: processus par bain de nickel à nivellement automatique épaisseur moyenne 30 micron.

Xenon

FOURCHE: avec tête de fourche en microfusion aéréo à longues renforces.
JEU DE RACCORDS: raccord de selle en microfusion – raccords de direction en extrusion sans soudure.
SUPPORT DERAILLEUR AV: brasé.
TUBE DE SELLE: embouti pour logement du boyau (distance axe boite pédalier – axe pattes AR mm 385).
TUBE HORIZONTAL: avec passage latéral à l’intérieur de la gaine du frein.
HAUBANS: biconiques.
BASES AR: aéréodynamiques à section rhomboidale.
