[A small upright advertisement in black on cream, framed by a heavy rule. At the head “SPÉCIALITÉS” is reversed out of a solid black bar in letter-spaced sans serif capitals, and the initials below it are reversed out of a solid black lozenge in heavy shaded sans serif capitals. At the left a line engraving shows one elastic luggage strap hanging inside a tall pointed shield outline: a hooked end at the top, the cord drawn as a close coil of fine parallel lines, and the braided tail below rendered as a chevron pattern. The right half carries the product wording stacked in seven lines, the nouns in bold sans serif capitals and the qualifying words in a light italic. One italic line about the usual agent runs across the foot, and under it a solid black panel reverses out the wholesaler’s name in heavy sans serif, the raised “TS” of the abbreviation set small, with the street address, district and telephone number on the last line. No second color, no agency mark and no artist’s signature appear.]

[This advertisement shares page 172 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Duprat, Blindex, Bufflier, Maxi-Car, EMD, NAP and Elté, each held here as its own record.]
