[Ebykr summary; the article’s text is not reproduced. The crop opens with the three departments in which Sedis has its three factories: Seine (Charenton), Doubs (Verrières de Joux) and Isère (St-Siméon-de-Dressieux). These are three French factories, each specialized in making given types of chain, using only superior raw materials, with ultra-modern equipment and a highly qualified staff. The three outputs are watched by an uncompromising quality service (service « qualité »), with laboratories fitted with the most modern apparatus that check manufacture at every stage. Together the three factories cover 96,000 m2, employ 750 workers and make a monthly output of 360 to 400 km of chains of all sizes, which the author compares to the straight-line distance from Paris to Amsterdam. Specialization, ultra-modern equipment, well-informed technicians, competent staff, rigorous control and a large production capacity are given as the factors that guarantee the irreproachable quality of Yellow and Yellerex. Sedis, called a true label of French quality, now completes the two marques Yellorex Sedis and Yellow Sedis.]

[A block of column text only, set in italic type with several phrases in bold roman, among them “Trois usines françaises spécialisées chacune dans la fabrication de types de chaînes déterminées” and “réalisant une production mensuelle de 360 à 400 km de chaînes de tous formats”; the marque names “Yellow”, “Yellerex”, “Yellorex” and “Sedis” are set in upright roman, with “Sedis” once in small capitals. The crop begins and ends on text lines of the column, with no heading, picture, signature, address block or stand number.]
