COLNAGO FRAMES

America’s biggest Colnago dealer… huge assortment for immediate delivery!

New 1981 style with full chrome forks!

Referred to by many as the “Ferrari of bicycles,” Signor Ernesto Colnago is the internationally famous designer and builder of winning racing bicycles.

Racing giants like 1980 victors Guiseppe Saronni, Roger De Vlaeminck, and the Soviet team trust Ernesto to design and build them the best frames obtainable for every race. Cost simply does not count at this level of racing. This is Colnago’s only passion . . . and he does it better than anyone else in Italy.

Like the Ferrari, a Colnago looks as good as it performs. There is no corner-cutting. Painstaking hand operations are combined with high technology machine tool operations to produce not only a bicycle, but an Italian work of art. All tubes are mitered and pre-fitted with holding pins before silver soldering. Every mark of quality — filing, alignment, fit — is flawless. You are guaranteed that Ernesto personally supervises every stage of production, all of which is done under one roof, in the factory adjacent to his home.

As an additional quality control measure, master Bikecology mechanics inspect all threads, install headset, and check other important details.
