[A large typographic advertisement across the lower part of the page, with no illustration, in a very heavy black rule frame whose top rule breaks for “SALON DU CYCLE” in large light sans serif capitals. The firm’s name is set in large condensed capitals on two staggered lines, the invitation in bold sans serif at the left, the assurance in bold italic at the right, with short double rules flanking its last word, and the full name and address in letterspaced condensed capitals and roman at the foot. No signature or agency mark. The tops of the letters of “SALON DU CYCLE” touch the top edge of the crop. Type from the reverse of the leaf shows strongly through the paper.]
[This advertisement shares page 90 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Vickers and Aimé Ledin, each held here as its own record.]
