Le VAP 55, qui bénéficie de la prodigieuse expérience de la Société ABG,
(pionnier du moteur pour cycles) est un moteur comme vous n’en avez
jamais vu.
Son embrayage automatique ” self-drive ” est indépendant de la vitesse du
cycle, c’est-à-dire de l’effort de pédalage. Il agit uniquement selon la vitesse
de régime du moteur et par conséquent obéit à la simple manœuvre des gaz.
Grâce à cela, l’usager peut, sans pédaler et sans le moindre à-coup, passer
des vitesses les plus réduites (homme au pas) à des vitesses maximum : 40 à
l’heure et davantage.
Le VAP 55 se conduit avec une seule manette : celle des gaz.

UNE EXPÉRIENCE UNIQUE : vous pouvez mettre en route le VAP 55 à la
main, en poussant le vélo sur un mètre ; le moteur en marche, vous pouvez aller
à côté de votre vélo qui vous suivra à la vitesse de votre pas.
Cette expérience prouve l’extrême souplesse du débrayage automatique et
garantit des départs en côte sans fatigue.
