TUBES SPÉCIAUX POUR CYCLES
DURIFORT

Ateliers
de la Rive

—:— UNIEUX —:—
(Loire)

[A typographic advertisement in a heavy ruled frame. The brand name “DURIFORT” runs diagonally from lower left to upper right across the whole panel in very large sans-serif capitals with a mottled, stone-like texture, and “TUBES SPÉCIAUX POUR CYCLES” runs parallel above it in light spaced capitals. The claims are set in a bold slab-serif face in the upper left triangle and the maker’s name and town in the lower right triangle, the town between small colon-and-dash ornaments. No illustration, signature or agency mark. The type and outlines of the advertisement on the reverse of the leaf show strongly through the paper.]

[This advertisement shares page 118 of L’Officiel du cycle with advertisements for Ambrosio and Ktema, each held here as its own record.]
